Since launching her real estate career in 2001, Catherine Randall has amassed a wealth of experience and has developed specialist skills in planning strategies, organising information and finance management. A creative thinker with a hands-on approach and friendly nature, Catherine plays an integral role managing aspects of administration, compliance and accounting. A licensed agent with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management, Catherine is a loyal, hardworking and highly motivated professional whose work ethic, problem solving abilities and superb interpersonal skills ensure she delivers a first-class service.

After a few years spent in advertising and public relations, Catherine followed her passion for real estate and opened the first Richardson & Wrench franchise office in Western Australia where she oversaw all staff in sales, property management and administration. She successfully sold the business to return to NSW with her family in 2006 and spent a few years as general manager and licensee for a real estate firm. Catherine’s business acumen, industry insight and specialist accounting and management skills then led her to financial operations roles at leading boutique agencies in Sydney where she honed her expertise before joining the team at LJ Hooker Double Bay Group.

Attention to detail, superb time management skills and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of property finance make Catherine an invaluable asset who plays a key role in driving the agency forward.
